We’re a team of 5 seeking to interview 100+ before June to develop insight into better care pathways for people living with dementia and their supporters. Each conversation directly shapes further insight into the development of new care pathways.

You! We're looking for a range of reflections on living with dementia and anxiety, but also from related experiences such as:
Providing care and support in a personal or professional setting
People working in healthcare
Telehealth or tech enabled health providers
Educators in the health space
Psychologists and Occupational Therapists
Or simply a passion for the topics of individual care and independence, mental health advocay and support, or innovation in the field of psychology.
